Tandvera is being developed to connect fragmented workflows with ERP and accounting systems. Configurable AI agents would prepare and check information, with people making final decisions.
Our approach runs from consulting to custom workflow integration and ongoing maintenance. We build around existing operations so teams can adopt useful changes one step at a time.
Planned workflow approach

Tandvera is in development. These initial workflow examples show the product direction; ERP, POS and accounting connections are planned.
Grocery workflow example
Purchasing → receiving → accounts payable. The prototype focuses on document extraction, item matching and checks, followed by manual review and manager approval. POS and accounting integration is planned.
Bakery workflow example
App orders → production & packing → shipping → invoicing & receivables. The planned workflow connects headquarters, branch and wholesale orders through shared item identifiers, with purchasing and receiving alongside fulfillment.
